Job Description
Found is searching for a Results-Driven Account Manager to join our dynamic London team. Our mission is to transform how businesses find office space; if you thrive nurturing strategic client partnerships and growing accounts, this high-impact role is for you.

You’ll make client satisfaction your priority, balancing creativity with commercial acumen to amplify our client acquisition pipeline.
Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Proposals:
- Be the first and primary contact for new prospects.
- Uncover, target, and qualify leads through outbound strategies (phone, email, social media).
- Present and pitch Found’s value proposition effectively for both new and repeat clients.
- Tailor proposals to client needs for proposal finalization.

Sales & Pipeline Management:
- Sales pipeline and prospect management using internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior team members for continual skill enhancement.

Field & Strategy:
- Site visits to prospective clients (in-office engagement expected).
