Job Description

Found is searching for a Results-Driven Account Manager to join our dynamic London team. Our mission is to transform how businesses find office space; if you thrive nurturing strategic client partnerships and growing accounts, this high-impact role is for you.

You’ll make client satisfaction your priority, balancing creativity with commercial acumen to amplify our client acquisition pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach & Proposals:

    • Be the first and primary contact for new prospects.
    • Uncover, target, and qualify leads through outbound strategies (phone, email, social media).
    • Present and pitch Found’s value proposition effectively for both new and repeat clients.
    • Tailor proposals to client needs for proposal finalization.
  • Sales & Pipeline Management:

    • Sales pipeline and prospect management using internal systems.
    • Collaborate with senior team members for continual skill enhancement.
  • Field & Strategy:

    • Site visits to prospective clients (in-office engagement expected).
