Account Manager (SaaS) Glasgow, Hybrid Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you currently managing customer relationships within a SaaS, technology, or wider B2B business and looking for a role where you can genuinely influence customer success and account growth?
We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing technology business that partners with some of the UK's most recognisable brands in their industry. Due to growth they are looking to recruit their next Account Manager to join their already developing team.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional account management position.
You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of customers, building strong relationships, driving product adoption, conducting regular business reviews and identifying opportunities to expand accounts. You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, Projects and Sales teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform while uncovering growth opportunities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, 100 + accounts Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Lead regular customer reviews and success meetings. Increase product adoption and customer engagement. Identify upsell, cross-sell and growth opportunities. c Monitor customer satisfaction and retention risks. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries. Collaborate with Sales, Support and Onboarding teams. Keep CRM records and account activity up to date. Proactively engage customers to drive value and usage. Produce concise account plans and follow-up actions.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager or Customer Success professional from a SaaS or B2B background who enjoys building relationships, driving customer engagement and identifying growth opportunities. You'll be organised, commercially aware and passionate about helping customers succeed.

Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or Relationship Management within a SaaS or B2B environment is essential Enjoys speaking with customers and building genuine relationships Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities Has experience identifying upsell, cross-sell or account growth opportunities Organised, proactive and ability to manage multiple clients at one time Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication both written and verbal
