Account Manager German Speaking (f/m/d)
Account Manager (Hybrid – Vienna/London)
About the Role As a strategic commercial partner, the Account Manager is responsible for securing and expanding a high-value portfolio by guiding customers through their data maturity journey and uncovering new revenue opportunities. By aligning Adverity’s capabilities—such as AI analytics and Data Quality—with customer pain points, this role ensures Adverity is positioned as a critical enabler of strategic business outcomes, not just a platform provider.
The Account Manager consistently demonstrates measurable ROI, influences executive stakeholders, and transforms partnerships into long-term, revenue-generating growth engines. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vienna or London.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Value & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upsells and cross-sells by aligning Adverity’s evolving capabilities with customer challenges.
- Proactively identify commercial opportunities within your account portfolio, turning business challenges into expansion conversations.
- Build and deliver data-backed business cases that link product functionality to measurable ROI and strategic business outcomes.
- Consistently exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by unlocking new revenue streams and minimising contraction risks.
- Position Adverity as a critical pillar in the customer’s data strategy, steering discussions beyond features toward long-term value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
