£50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

Role:
WeDo are working with an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who are continuing to grow their customer base and commercial team.
They are looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager who understands the Dynamics ecosystem and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.
This is not a high-volume transactional sales environment. The focus is on understanding customers, identifying opportunities and helping organisations get maximum value from their technology investment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships across an existing customer base
- Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Work closely with consulting and delivery teams
- Understand customer challenges and align suitable solutions
- Support customer strategy and long-term account growth
- Represent the business as a trusted commercial advisor
Required Skills:
- Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Previous account management, customer success or sales experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to have commercial conversations with customers
- Understanding of ERP projects and services
- Consultative approach rather than transactional selling style
