If you’re passionate about great design and building brands people genuinely love, this could be your next move.
Our client is a proudly independent, long-established gifting business with a reputation for great design - Their products are stocked by leading retailers both here in the UK and internationally, and due to continued growth they’re looking for an Account Manager to join the team. You’ll work closely with leading accounts developing relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and helping ensure the brand continues to lead the field within the sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of accounts, nurturing key retailer relationships to maximise sales
- Keeping a close eye on trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within gifting, sharing insights that keep the brand one step ahead
- Negotiating pricing and terms to maximise margins and fuel growth
- Owning commercial discussions with confidence, balancing profitability with long-term partnerships
- Representing the brand at trade shows and customer events
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to bring exciting new ranges to market

What You'll Bring
- Account management experience within gifting, homewares, accessories, or other consumer product sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills and the confidence to manage retailer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with numbers, Excel, and CRM tools
- Experience representing brands at trade shows
- A good eye for design and a genuine interest in trends
- And finally… a great sense of humour. This is a team that works hard, loves what they do, and doesn’t take itself too seriously
