YOUR NEW JOB…

Responsible for supporting the management and activation of client projects including EA SPORTS FC FUTURES initiatives, working to support their EA SPORTS FC football partnerships and deliver their social impact programmes globally.

Reporting into an Account Director, you will help coordinate day-to-day programme delivery, manage selected partner activations and support the end-to-end execution of events and campaigns, including:

EA SPORTS FC Futures Programme Activity

  • Day-to-day coordination of selected FC FUTURES initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and key milestones are delivered
  • Managing projects across leagues, including working with internal and external stakeholders across Premier League and LALIGA activity
  • Acting as a key point of contact for specific partners on FUTURES activations, supporting the co-development of initiatives and ensuring contractual deliverables are met
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders, including EA teams, market leads, events teams and other relevant colleagues
  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of events, including pitch launches, from planning and delivery through to wrap reporting
  • Acting as the central point of contact for selected events, bringing together relevant teams and managing regular status calls
  • Tracking impact metrics and supporting with recap decks, internal reporting and activation debriefs

Additional Role Responsibilities

  • Working on client projects to manage rights and activation delivery
  • Supporting partnership rights and brand campaign planning, including creative activation ideas, content, marketing assets and approval processes
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, invoicing processes and wider campaign administration
  • Supporting on brand-led consultancy projects and new business proposals when required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • Strong account management, partnership activation or programme coordination experience, ideally within sport, entertainment or brand partnerships
  • Confident managing partner relationships, internal stakeholders and multiple workstreams at pace
  • Experience supporting events, activations or campaign delivery, from planning through to post-event reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal and face-to-face communication skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing deadlines and requirements
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable tracking campaign performance, reviewing impact metrics and shaping clear recommendations
  • Budgetary and invoicing knowledge, with strong IT skills across Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Experience working with online project management tools
  • A genuine passion for sport and a good understanding of the global sporting landscape
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team, with availability for client-related travel when required
  • A foreign language is desirable but not essential
