Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers.
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted business advisor.
- Lead regular account reviews and customer meetings.
- Identify opportunities across Managed IT, Microsoft, Cloud, Cyber Security, Connectivity, and Communications.
- Manage renewals, minimise churn, and drive recurring revenue growth.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Resolve customer issues collaboratively and professionally.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience working within an MSP, IT Services, Cloud, or Technology environment is highly desirable.
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working alongside technical teams, with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way.
