Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers.
  • Build long-term relationships and become a trusted business advisor.
  • Lead regular account reviews and customer meetings.
  • Identify opportunities across Managed IT, Microsoft, Cloud, Cyber Security, Connectivity, and Communications.
  • Manage renewals, minimise churn, and drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Resolve customer issues collaboratively and professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience working within an MSP, IT Services, Cloud, or Technology environment is highly desirable.
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams, with the ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way.
