ABOUT We.
We. is one of the largest independent strategic communications agencies in the world. In a world defined by relentless change — from rising expectations and widening inequalities to disruptive technology and constant noise — even the strongest organisations can struggle to be heard. That’s where We. comes in. What sets us apart isn’t just what we do, but how we do it. We thrive where disciplines intersect — when social impact meets youth engagement, technology meets science, or corporate reputation meets health — and our teams are designed deliberately with this in mind. With 22 offices and more than 1,100 people globally — our UK team brings together deep sector expertise, diverse thinking and creative problem-solving to help brands lead through complexity.
The intricacies of healthcare are staggering — complicated science and drug development; misinformation or lack thereof; regulations, cost and access.
But at its core, it’s simple: Healthcare is human care.
We. bring progressive approaches to a historically prescriptive industry in order to bridge the gap between complexity and connection.
We. works to make the uninformed, informed and the misunderstood, understood
In London, We. is committed to a hybrid working model, supporting a working arrangement with at least two days in the office per week, generally this is expected to be Tuesday and Thursday. This approach enables us to nurture a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and inclusivity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the We. Global Health team, this role is for a candidate with a passion for navigating the pharmaceutical, medical device industry and health tech to deliver impactful storytelling. Key strengths for this role include content creation, media relations team coordination and project management. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to grow and develop both their own professional skillset and also support the growth and development of the health and health tech business within We. Communications.
You will be reporting into a fantastic Senior Account Manager or Account Director, who will invest time and energy in your personal development and career progression, and joining a talented, collaborative and committed team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
