Account Manager – Healthcare Communications
Location: Central London Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Your Role: Account Manager
We’re seeking an Account Manager who combines healthcare industry experience, a passion for innovation, and a knack for crafting compelling strategies and creative content to cut through the noise.
Your expertise will stretch across European campaigns, strategic advisory work, and highly targeted communications, engaging health, science, and consumer audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns for UK and international healthcare and pharmaceutical clients
- Provide strategic communications support, stakeholder engagement, and patient advocacy initiatives
- Lead media relations, content creation, and client-facing presentations
- Contribute to new business proposals and market analysis, co-developing innovative services with Directors
- Flexibly adapt to client and new business demands, ensuring high-standard outputs
Requages
- Essential experience in an agency, with a specialism in healthcare/pharmaceuticals
- Exceptional client service, driving long-term relationships with prestigious accounts
- Deep insight into the healthcare landscape, across corporate, HCP, patient, and consumer audiences
- Strong analytical and technical/medical knowledge with excellent writing skills
- Proven ability to generate creative content and media relations expertise
- Proactive mindset with new business development kick driving innovation
- Commitment to excellence, interpersonal prowess, and trust-building skills
