The role:
This role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio.
This role is a field-based role, so a current UK Driving License is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Focus on building relationships within the independent free trade sector, which drives sustainable growth for our customers and Budweiser Brewing Group brands.
- A mixture of account management for existing relationships and new business.
- Important to build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders, allowing you to achieve volume and revenue targets with a long-term strategy in place for your territory.
- Implement trade activations, which drive value to our customers and increase volume, always ensuring perfect brand execution and the best consumer experiences.
- Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
- Account P&L responsibility, tracking performance versus investments, and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.

Who we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.
- Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry.
- Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example.
- Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Preference for previous sales experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
- Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen.
- Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.
- Time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency; on-trade and premium brand experience are desirable.
