Account Manager
Epsom | Hybrid (3 Days in Office)
£30,000 Base + £15,000 OTE (Year One)
The Opportunity
An exciting and fast-growing SaaS business in Epsom is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is looking to step into account management within a high-energy, commercial environment.
You’ll take ownership of an established customer base, focusing on building long-term relationships, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 existing client accounts
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Leading renewal conversations and securing contract extensions
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
- Acting as the primary point of contact for account-related queries
- Working alongside internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Tracking account performance and proactively addressing risks

About You
We’re Looking For Individuals Who Are
- Confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales and account growth
- Proactive and driven, with a results-focused attitude
- Organised and capable of managing multiple client relationships
- Positive, ambitious, and eager to develop a long-term career
Previous experience isn’t essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
