👋 Hey there! We’re Attensi – a tech company born in Norway with a passion for gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve gone global, and today our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands in 150+ countries and 50+ languages.

We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues – all powered by our own game AI – to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences. It's a radically new way to deliver high-impact training that scales across large organizations and actually sticks.

We work with some of the world’s largest brands in energy, retail, hospitality, pharma, professional services, and more – including Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. We are currently over 220 Game Changers across Europe and the US.

As Attensi continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Hospitality team.

What You’ll Do

When you join Attensi, your first focus will be getting to know our products, people, customers and way of working. We’ll want you to understand what makes Attensi valuable to our customers, how our solutions drive impact, and how we partner with hospitality businesses to support their goals.

From There, Your Role Will Include

  • Working closely with the Sector Lead to manage, grow and develop key hospitality accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers and day-to-day customer contacts.
  • Understanding each customer’s business priorities, operational challenges, learning goals and growth opportunities.
  • Identifying where Attensi can add further value across existing customer organisations.
  • Supporting account growth through proactive, insight-led and value-based conversations.
  • Partnering with customers to map organisational challenges, training needs and behaviour-change opportunities.
  • Collaborating internally with commercial, customer success, solutions and delivery teams to shape the right approach for each customer.
  • Staying close to hospitality industry trends, challenges and customer priorities.
  • Helping build Attensi’s presence in the hospitality space through customer meetings, industry events, webinars and networking opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
