Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and lead development of advanced broadband networks, including fiber-optic splicing, software-defined networking (SDN), and digital subscriber line (DSL) integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Implement agile and DevOps-driven processes to accelerate development and deployment cycles.
- Drive integration with emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, edge computing, IoT) to enhance broadband offerings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance, latency, or connectivity issues in real-time.

Requirements
- Proven proficiency in software development (C++, Python, C#, or APIs relevant to broadband infrastructure).
- Strong grasp of network protocols and telecom systems, including PPPoE, DOCSIS, SDH/SONET, and MPLS.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for high-concurrency network environments.
- Understanding of network card (NIC) optimisations, load balancing, and advanced queues (FIFO, PRIO).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of historical and modern broadband standards (e.g., xDSL, FTTH) is highly advantageous.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
