The Role
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to join our client services team to work across a roster of clients including global brands, music festivals and culture projects.
You’ll work on campaigns that span PR, events, creative talent and content.
Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with clients - overseeing evolving campaigns, managing expectations, positively adapting to unforeseen issues and ensuring successful outcomes on deadline
- Managing and inspiring the team - overseeing workflow and supporting junior team members to reach their potential
- Implementing progressive and dynamic campaigns – from idea to execution
- Reporting and evaluating work
- Identifying and jumping on new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations & new platforms
- Contributing to creative sessions and developing ideas for new projects and clients
- Managing teams at live events
- Continually building relationships with media contacts across consumer print, broadcast and online
Requirements
The Ideal Person
Minimum 4 years of agency experience in 360 communications, with music and/or brand

An early adopter, who thrives on being across the latest cultural trends and events - passionate about music, culture and communication
Experience working on high-profile brands, with a good understanding of how they operate within culture
Used to implementing campaign plans, including developing timelines and budgets
Excellent writing skills – proficiency in the writing of all press materials, strong copy-editing and proofreading skills as well as impeccable attention to detail
Previous experience working to, and delivering on, KPIs and targets
Clear communicator - able to easily articulate ideas to clients, team and media
Organised, motivated and results-oriented
Strategic thinker & adaptable multi-tasker
Strong media contacts with a proven record of flourishing in a media-facing role
