About the Role
We are hiring motivated Account Managers to manage client relationships, oversee campaigns, and drive business growth for leading UK clients.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering successful advertising or sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies aligned with client objectives
- Present campaign proposals and cost estimates to clients
- Brief creative teams, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee account budgets and support invoicing processes
- Resolve client issues and negotiate solutions professionally
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Generate new business opportunities and support client expansion

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
- Client-focused, proactive, and professional attitude
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
