About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and the internal teams — managing briefs, hitting deadlines, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
- Meeting KPIs, SLAs, and managing project timelines
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients for seamless execution
- Ensuring profitability and maintaining high standards of quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience in print production and client services
- Bonus: knowledge of promotional merchandise
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
