ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a leading shopper marketing agency in Leeds, partnering with well-known FMCG brands to deliver high impact, insight-led retail campaigns. This agency is known for its collaborative culture, strong creative output, and end-to-end campaign delivery, with a real focus on understanding consumer behaviour and driving results in store.
About the role...
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing FMCG client accounts and delivering end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns, working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Managing key FMCG client relationships and acting as their day-to-day point of contact
- Delivering end-to-end shopper campaigns across POS, toolkits, and experiential activations
- Translating shopper and consumer insight into clear briefs and effective campaign delivery
- Owning project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life

What we’re looking for...
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within a shopper or creative agency
- Strong FMCG experience with an understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour
- Experience delivering campaigns across POS, retail toolkits, and experiential
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with creatives and clients
