About the Role
This is a contract position for a 3-month period. The Account Manager is integral to day-to-day client execution, partnering with Client Services and our Center of Excellence (COE) to deliver data-driven, social-first marketing strategies. Account Managers oversee program delivery and champion the Viral Nation process, leaning on exceptional time management, adaptability, and leadership to maintain and elevate the forefront of ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities include guiding campaigns from initial conception through final execution while managing collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Hold leadership accountability for creator and client communications across assigned workstreams, with a focus on:
- Proactive management of tactical execution, reporting, and all touchpoints, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Full-cycle influencer marketing execution, spanning Micro and Mid-Tier creator activations, content/social execution, and community management—from kickoff to wrap.

Operations & Logistics: Support on-site/remote shoots, coordinating between creators, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.

Data & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive data management for assigned creators, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions.
- Compile wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights to drive continuous improvement.

Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks/dependencies proactively, proposing clear solutions to align projects with goals.

Client Growth & Upsell:
- Assist in drafting pitch decks and value-add messaging to support growth initiatives.
- Develop client-facing materials, including agendas, recaps, weekly status reports, and performance insights.

Planning & Strategy:
- Contribute to quarterly, annual planning, renewals, and end-of-year reviews, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects progress.

Stakeholder & Agency Relations:
- Build trust and collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and external faces to foster seamless workflows.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize project delivery—enhancing workflows, reporting accuracy, and team communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preference given to marketing, communications, or similar disciplines).
- Strong experience in inter-agency environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mustang technical knowledge of social platforms and influencer marketing tools, and a grounding in best practices.
- Multitasking expertise—proven ability to manage multiple streams, delegate tasks, and review junior work with precision and oversight.
- Solutions-aware and comfortable with upward reporting, strategic alignment, and progress tracking.
