This is a contract role for a period of 3 months.
Position Overview
The Account Manager plays a critical role in executing client programs in partnership with Client Services and our Center of Excellence (COE), delivering social-first marketing strategies that drive client objectives. Account Managers oversee the VN process, ensuring strategic execution while managing time, adaptability, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
The role covers end-to-end campaign delivery, from project kickoff to final execution, with coordination across junior staff to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Client & Creator Relations: Own daily communications across assigned workstreams, ensuring tactical execution with proactive, accurate, and on-time deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints.
- Influencer Marketing Execution: Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns (Micro/Mid-Tier), including activations, content/social execution, and community management from start to finish.
- Shoot Coordination: Support production and on-site/remote shoots, liaising with creators, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage creator data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Assist in preparing wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate risks/dependancies with recommended solutions.
- Account Growth: Support growth/upsell efforts by drafting pitch decks, value-add messaging, and compelling case studies.
- Client Reporting: Prepare methodologies such as meeting agendas, weekly status updates, and performance insights.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly/annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to enhance execution efficiency, reporting, creator communication, and workflow management.

Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, or similar disciplines preferred).
- Experience working in inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments.
- Technical proficiency with social media platforms/packages, paired with deep knowledge of influencer marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, delegate effectively, and conduct high-impact reviews of junior deliverables.
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with comfort managing upwards for collaboration and progress alignment.
