About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised Account Manager with experience across influencer marketing who is articulate, curious, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects in our growing social and influence team.
Our remit spans influencer marketing, social strategy, social content creation, community management, and potentially paid social work (dependent on experience). The successful candidate will be working on multiple projects at any given time with responsibility across:
- Contributing to campaign creation,
- Researching, negotiating, and briefing influencers,
- Briefing asset creation,
- Client liaison, and
- Reporting results.
You’ll work alongside colleagues in the PR account management, creative, and studio teams to ensure end-to-end campaign delivery and seamless execution.
There will be many opportunities to be part of the new business programme, including pitching, as well as proposal and strategy development for wider agency clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Successfully identify, activate, and deliver influencer campaigns that meet client KPIs:
- Proactively develop campaign ideas tailored to client messaging
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and agents
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, and contracts end-to-end, including internal supplier set-ups, PO generation, and legal compliance
- Oversee content delivery, ensuring quality control at all stages
- Monitor and share sector trends and developments

Social Content
- Create and manage content across social media platforms:
- Ideate and develop social media content creatively
- Collaborate with external/in-house creators, designers, and studios to adhere to schedules
- Share trends, insights, and data with clients and the agency to optimise campaign performance
Client Management & Account Handling
- Establish yourself as an account liaison, providing consultancy and fostering client relationships
- Lead internal meetings and client updates (verbal, email, or presentations)
- Own projects from start to finish, ensuring KPI achievement and operational excellence
- Manage client workloads, delegate tasks, and lead WIP reports
- Problem-solve and escalate when KPIs aren’t met promptly
- Track campaign budgets, manage procurement, and brief supplier logistics
- Deepen knowledge of industry trends to align agency objectives
Leadership & Team Dynamics
- Effectively manage time, prioritise workloads, and delegate responsibilities
- Support junior team members across accounts
- Mentor and guide less-experienced colleagues
- Collaborate as a team player to maintain agency culture and values
- Represent social initiatives and agency growth as part of a cohesive ethos
Business Development & Growth
- Understand agency systems and basic financial processes (e.g., POs, suppliers, budgets)
- Contribute to new business proposals, using research to support pitches
- Assist in career advancement and cross-disciplinary growth opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
- Recent agency experience at an Administrative Assistant (AE) or Account Manager (AM) level
- Social media and influencer marketing expertise (bonus points for TikTok, Instagram, and Substack/Snapchat)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue growth for brand campaigns
- Ability to manage community engagement autonomously for consumer brands
