Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and growing revenue by partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals, maximise the value they receive from our solutions, and deliver positive business outcomes. You will act as the voice of the customer, driving continuous improvement across the business while working cross-functionally to support both customer and company success.
- Cultivating, sustaining, and expanding relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and heightened client satisfaction.
- Assessing individual client needs to pinpoint areas for enhancement and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Actively listening to client feedback and advocating on their behalf internally.
- Adopting a strategic approach in managing client accounts effectively.
- Proactively scheduling and conducting review meetings and calls with clients to gauge satisfaction levels.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services that align with the client’s needs and business goals.
- Collaborating with the sales team to generate new business and expand accounts.
- Handing renewal of contracts
- Conducting regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, discussing future needs, and ensuring the successful adoption of new solutions.
- Utilising company applications such as Hubspot, Monday, Power BI, Slack, and the Operations portal to oversee revenue planning, monitor order progress, and facilitate both external and internal communications.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all client correspondence to promote efficient information retention and facilitate seamless information sharing within the company.
- Addressing client escalations promptly and resolving any complaints efficiently.
- Staying abreast of current industry trends to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Upholding a proficient understanding of company products and services.
- Communicating clearly, informatively and in a timely manner with clients, prospective clients, external parties, service providers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to all processes, procedures, policies, rules and guidelines to remain compliant with internal controls and standards, as well as external regulations and obligations including, but not limited to, data privacy and protection laws.
- Acting in accordance with Veremark’s Mission and Values, with particular focus on promoting trust in the execution of duties.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks or projects, as assigned.
