Account Manager – Enterprise Client Solutions

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of day-to-day relationships with our key enterprise clients across verticals such as finance, Oil and Gas, Retail, and media.
This client-facing role requires:
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from requirements gathering through to solution delivery, while proactively identifying opportunities to expand Presidio’s presence within client organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary technical and account liaison for customers' IT requirements and queries
- Develop new business pipelines across our expanding portfolio of solutions (hardware, software, AV, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services)
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Monitor and drive customer satisfaction to ensure retention and expand existing accounts
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer operations, technology infrastructures, and strategic goals
- Identify business triggers (e.g., equipment refreshes, expansion plans, new projects)
- Collaborate with internal technical teams on complex strategic deals
Solution Development & Technical Consultation
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Presidio technology solutions
- Stay current with emerging IT trends, specifically cloud technologies, AV solutions, cybersecurity, and data-driven analytics
- Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in practical, business-focused terms
- Work with pre-sales and technical engineering to design customised solutions

Sales Support & Account Coordination
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals for customer requirements
- Manage deal registration processes with vendor partners
- Oversee project delivery timelines to ensure customer expectations are met
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Drive larger strategic initiatives together with the business
- Foster collaboration between internal departments (technical, project delivery, finance) to create exceptional customer outcomes
- Advocate for customer feedback to drive service enhancements
- Represent Presidio professionally in all client interactions
Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Qualifications
✔ Proven track record in account management, business development, or complex sales within the IT, cybersecurity, or technology sector ✔ Exceptional ability to build and sustain professional relationships with high-profile clients ✔ Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated revenue generation skills ✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to senior business leaders ✔ Problem-solving mindset – ability to translate business pain points into actionable tech solutions ✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AV systems, and data-driven technologies
- Keeping up with emerging industry trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences
