Job Description We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be the primary point of contact for their customers, delivering on KYC360's account management objectives and acting as a trusted advisor. Your role will be critical in ensuring customers realise maximum value from KYC360 while contributing to the long-term growth, retention, and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect and grow the existing revenue base by taking ownership of customer relationships following the initial sales process.
  • Drive customer retention by encouraging longer-term contract commitments.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and Experian teams to identify, develop, and pursue joint cross-selling and upselling opportunities, leveraging the wider Experian portfolio to deliver additional value to customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within customer organisations and ensure customer objectives are understood, represented, and effectively communicated internally.
  • Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and engagement levels, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, conducting regular QBRs and customer meetings to align on objectives, demonstrate value, and support retention and growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to Product and Leadership teams to influence future product development and service improvements.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Support, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success or Sales.
  • Commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue retention and growth.
  • Negotiation and de-escalation skills for managing challenging customer conversations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively advocate for customers across internal teams (for example Product, Customer Success, Sales).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across both customer and partner organisations.
  • Previous experience within a SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or technology-led business is desirable.
