Role Overview
Location: Remote & Field-Based (covering Liverpool, Greater Manchester and parts of North Wales) Coverage Area: Postcodes CH, L, WA & WN Reporting to: Area Director Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) + company car
The Account Manager Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our estate agency partners, building trusted, long-term relationships to grow their business and maximise their potential on Rightmove, the UK’s most powerful property platform.
What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted advisor: Develop strategic, face-to-face relationships with partners, understanding their needs and providing data-driven insights + tailored strategies to drive growth.
- Grow your portfolio: Manage ~120 estate agency accounts (85–90% active management, 5–10% new business), ensuring strategic field-based engagement to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- Demonstrate resilience: Handle challenging conversations with confidence and empathy while maintaining fairness and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Lead with data: Use performance metrics and market trends to guide conversations, highlight growth opportunities, and clearly articulate the value of Rightmove’s tools and services—tailored for each partner.
- Drive impactful success: Collaborate on account planning, presentations, and performance reviews to empower partners to meet and exceed their goals.
- Offer solutions, never problems: Deliver swift, fair, and transparent solutions, focusing on fairness, trust, and long-term success.
- Collaborate internally: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and robust reporting.
- Innovate inclusively: Stay ahead by identifying opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools that benefit all business sizes, while sharing forward-thinking ideas.
- Live our values: Represent Rightmove with curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to advancement, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales with demonstrated success in face-to-face account management and revenue growth.
- A track record of building trusted partnerships, ensuring partners feel heard, supported, and valued in interactions.
- Data literacy: Ability to analyse performance, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Psychological flexibility: Stay organised and curious, consistently pushing for continuous improvement and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Solutions-focused attitude: Proactively take ownership to deliver outcomes that make a measurable difference.

Salary & Benefits
- £40,000–£50,000 base salary + £15,000 OTE (uncapped)
