Commercial Growth Account Manager – Beauty, Wellness & Self-Care

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead, this role focuses on:

  • Building strategic relationships with partners
  • Driving platform monetisation & revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth

• Proactively engage and educate partners on monetisation & revenue growth • Educate and convert partners on Fresha’s payments solution within the sales cycle • Optimise listing content and availability to boost conversions

Relationship Building

• Act as a dedicated advisor to assigned partner accounts, supporting adoption • Advise partners on product selection based on their needs • Strengthen Partner Experience via:

  • Video meetings to communicate features and benefits
  • Collaboration with Sales & Onboarding teams for smooth transitions • Provide product feedback to the team to enhance future releases • Employ consultative sales techniques for upselling/cross-selling

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• 3+ years in Account Management, with proven commercial success • Strong deal-closing, negotiation & conversion skills • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in fast-moving environments • Proficient in data analysis & reporting for commercial insights • Proactive & inquisitive, with a growth mindset • Preference for experience in outbound calling or sales
