Role Overview: Account Manager

We’re looking for a commercial-driven Account Manager to join Fresha’s growing global team, reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth

  • Monitor and drive monetisation and revenue growth through proactive engagement with partner businesses.
  • Educate partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Optimise appointment bookings, listing content, and availability to maximize conversions.
  • Proactively introduce and upsell Fresha’s payments solution.

Relationship Building

  • Act as a dedicated advisor for assigned partner accounts.
  • Assess partner needs and recommend the most suitable Fresha products.
  • Strengthen Partner Experience through:
    • Regular video meetings with assigned accounts.
    • Credible communication of Fresha’s features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams for seamless transitions.
  • Partner with Product teams to provide actionable feedback for future releases.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell the platform.

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in account management with proven commercial success.
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and conversion skills.
  • Commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and meet targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and dashboards to drive business outcomes.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and self-driven mindset.
  • (Preferred) Experience in teleprospecting or outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving and initiative.

  • Bilingual (English + another language).
  • Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry.

  1. Screen Call – 30-minute video chat with Talent Team.
  2. Skills & Experience – 45-minute in-person interview with Team Leads.
  3. Presentation – 75-minute in-person interview with:
    • Chief Commercial Officer
    • Head of Account Management (Europe)
    • Team Lead

Timeline: Feedback is provided within 2 weeks. Application reviews occur within 7 days (though volume may slightly delay).
