Your mission:
To drive business growth by executing strategic sales plans across your region, maximising the adoption and sales of Epson’s robotics solutions.
What you will do:
- Deliver revenue growth and expand market share across your territory.
- Identify and assess market opportunities by understanding the addressable market, generating new leads, and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to define and implement the go-to-market strategy.
- Qualify prospects using agreed frameworks, building detailed engagement plans for each opportunity.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM.
- Building and maintaining a strong partner ecosystem by enhancing the capabilities of T1 partners and actively engaging T2 system integrators and OEMs to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Accurately track and manage all opportunities using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal and external technical specialists to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales Support, Marketing, etc.) to enhance customer experience and deliver optimal outcomes.
- Maintain clear visibility of all sales activities and projects using internal planning tools.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and track performance against targets and budgets.

What you will bring:
- Proven experience in account management and business development, ideally within the automation, robotics, or industrial solutions sector.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing large or strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, innovative approach to winning business.
- Experience working across multi-channel sales environments (direct, partners, integrators, etc.).
- Ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and planning skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills in Business English.
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
