Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within a fast-paced marketing environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing workflows, can translate strategy into execution, and excels at client communication and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal marketing teams
- Manage multiple marketing accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
- Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and media buyers

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success professional in a marketing agency or marketing-driven company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid ads, SEO, funnels, analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results
- Experience working with CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Client-facing mindset with strong relationship-building skills
