Account Manager, Maldon / Hybrid – £35-40K + Benefits
We're looking for an Account Manager to join a growing agency with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality paid media campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager with paid media experience who's looking to take ownership of client relationships, manage exciting campaigns and continue developing their career within a supportive, collaborative team.
As Account Manager, you'll oversee the planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns, acting as the day-to-day contact for your clients while ensuring campaigns consistently achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Managing paid media campaigns across paid social and paid search
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Monitoring campaign performance and making optimisation recommendations
- Presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Managing multiple campaigns while ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Working closely with internal teams to support successful campaign delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow client relationships

Requirements
- Around 2-3 years' experience within a media or performance marketing agency
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Experience presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of programmatic media would be beneficial, but isn't essential
