About the Agency
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join one of the UK’s most respected independent media agencies, which have a great reputation and culture in place.
They work with a range of exciting, entrepreneurial brands to deliver innovative work and have one of the best retention rates out there…people stay here for a long time as they really look after their team.
As Account Manager you will manage day-to-day client accounts, support media planning and buying delivery, and oversee junior team members where required. The role combines hands-on campaign planning and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts
- Respond to client briefs and translate them into clear media plans and recommendations
- Set up, manage and report on campaigns, including digital platforms (e.g. Meta)
- Support media planning and buying across multiple channels
- Develop strong working relationships with clients
- Support junior team members where required and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve campaign performance

Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years’ experience in media planning and / or buying role
- Experience setting up Meta campaigns
- Experience handling client relationships directly
- Experience in campaign setup, delivery and reporting
- Comfortable managing accounts with limited supervision
- Exposure across multiple media channels
