All you need is:
- Fluency in Turkish;
- At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field will be an advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level and higher);
- Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs and expectations;
- Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;
- Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;
- Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.
Your daily adventures will look like this:
- Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
- Resolving ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;
- Understanding customer business specifics and objectives, and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations;
- Understanding the objectives and logic of each request, and reporting the case to the appropriate internal team;
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, and legal;
- Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.
