A glimpse of your future workday
As an Account Manager - Mobile Showroom, you will become an important part of our dedicated sales team. Together, you will ensure that MASCOT continues to be companies’ preferred brand when choosing workwear and safety footwear. We sell exclusively through distributors, so this role is an exciting position where you support our strong distributor network in selling to end-users. At the same time, you will have a strong focus on proactive sales and identifying new potential end-users. Your workday begins when you start up your ID. Buzz, a mobile showroom with a wide selection from our collections, and drive out to visit new end-users with whom you have already scheduled meetings.
Your responsibilities
End-user visits
- Identify and plan visits to new potential end-user customers within industries such as construction, trades, transport, and industry.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present the right solutions for the end-user, acting as the link between the distributor and the end customer until an agreement is concluded between the parties.

Collaboration with the distributor network
- Build strong relationships with our distributor network.
- Work together with distributors to identify new interested end-users.
We imagine that you
- Have a sales-related education and experience with proactive sales, either in retail, or related fields.
- Have a results-driven approach with a strong hunter mentality and an eye for new sales opportunities.
- Are able to think creatively about solutions and new approaches when traditional sales methods don’t work.
- Have a convincing personality, are a good listener with strong needs-analysis skills.
