Join Element Logic as an Account Manager and play a key role in developing long-term customer partnerships while driving the growth and success of our automated warehouse solutions!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of their AutoStore and other Element Logic solutions through expansion projects, software offerings, optimization programs, and service agreements.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that enhance warehouse performance. Combining commercial expertise with a customer-centric mindset, you will drive customer satisfaction, recurring revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers, acting as their trusted advisor for AutoStore, software solutions, services, and other Element Logic offerings.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving expansion projects, service agreements, and recurring revenue growth within the existing customer base.
  • Lead commercial activities including proposals, ROI analyses, contract negotiations, renewals, and project handovers.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and performance meetings, proactively recommending optimization initiatives that create measurable value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Support, Software, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customers, building strong long-term partnerships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to support customer development and business growth.

Competence Areas

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Logistics, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, intralogistics, or warehouse automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop business cases and ROI calculations.
  • Knowledge of WMS, ERP, or related software systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK.
