Senior Account Manager

Location: New York (Remote) | Team: Sales

We Are is working exclusively with a fast-growing RegTech SaaS company on their search for a Senior Account Manager. Here's what you need to know.

About the Company

Our client is an intelligent communications supervision platform built for regulated financial services firms. Compliance teams are drowning in data but starving for signal. They fix that with AI-native supervision that's explainable, defensible, and built for the regulatory scrutiny their customers can't avoid.

Why This Role Matters

Compliance is a growth lever and this role proves it. You'll own expansion revenue across the company's most strategic accounts, building the executive relationships and multi-year growth strategies that turn customers into long-term partners. This is a senior commercial position for someone who knows how to navigate complexity and close.

What Success Looks Like

  • $750K+ in closed expansion revenue through multi-product upsells, whitespace capture, and strategic contract expansions
  • Executive sponsorship models established at 80%+ of named accounts, with documented stakeholder maps and multi-year growth roadmaps
  • 95%+ gross retention through proactive risk identification and multi-year deal structuring

The Role

You'll own a named portfolio of the company's largest, most complex financial services accounts, with direct accountability for expansion and retention across significant ARR. Most of your time will be spent in executive engagement, strategic account planning, and commercial negotiation across multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with 6 to 12 month cycles and $100K to $500K+ deal sizes. High autonomy, high ownership, high impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Proven success owning a $750K+ expansion quota in a B2B SaaS scale-up, with the track record to show for it
  • A history of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals at $100K to $500K+, working with C-suite, procurement, and cross-functional buying committees

You don't need all of these to apply. If any of them relate to you, even better:

  • Experience selling into regulated financial services (SEC/FINRA compliance teams, broker-dealers, RIAs, asset managers)
  • Background in communications governance, supervision, compliance technology, or adjacent RegTech domains
  • Experience selling AI or automation solutions where explainability and accountability matter to buyers
  • Track record building executive sponsorship programmes or account-based strategies that drive predictable, multi-year expansion

What's on Offer

  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with 3% non-elective employer contribution
  • 20 days PTO, plus your birthday off and paid sick leave
  • Enhanced family leave
  • $100/month flexible lifestyle allowance (wellness, learning, or whatever matters to you)

  • Life assurance

How They Work

Fast pace, high standards. Their buyers operate in regulated environments where mistakes have real consequences, and they build and operate with the same rigour. Ownership culture, one team across two international hubs, and a genuine focus on signal over noise.
