Account Manager - World-Leading Audio Branding Agency

Join a world-leading audio branding agency where your expertise in account management will drive innovation and build lasting client relationships.

Job Details

| Salary | £36,500 basic, £55,000 OTE | | Location | Old Trafford, Manchester | | Hours | 1pm – 10pm (Mon–Thu), 1pm – 6pm (Fri) (4.5 days per week) |


About the Role

Our Account Managers play a central role in building and maintaining strong client partnerships across a diverse portfolio of ~350 accounts. Managing a blend of established relationships and newly onboarded clients, they act as trusted advisors, ensuring every interaction delivers:

Working closely with in-house creative and production teams, Account Managers oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring:

  • Seamless delivery
  • Timely commercial results
  • Ongoing alignment with clients’ evolving marketing objectives

Success in this role hinges on being relationship-driven. Ideal candidates are:

  • Confident communicators
  • Skilled at building rapport
  • Expert at understanding challenges and creating long-term partnerships

They listen, think commercially, and position themselves as an extension of the businesses they support.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Use your client objectives, PHMG’s services, and marketplace insights to provide expert commercial and creative guidance at every stage of the client journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality audio and creative projects, consistently exceeding expectations.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive communication, organisation, and problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of upselling and growth opportunities across your account portfolio.
  • Strengthen long-term retention by tailoring relationship management and strategic account planning.
  • Analyse performance metrics and trends, using data and insights to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
