IT Account Manager
Location: South East - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + car allowance + commission
Role:
I am supporting a growing IT services business that is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager into the team.
This would suit someone who has already spent time managing customers across managed services, cloud, Microsoft, infrastructure, connectivity, cyber or wider IT solutions.
The business has a strong existing customer base, a clear growth plan and is looking for someone who can build long-term relationships, spot commercial opportunities and work closely with internal technical teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers.

You will be managing existing accounts, developing new opportunities within those customers and helping the business continue to grow across its IT services offering.
What they are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT Account Manager role
- Background within an MSP, IT services provider, reseller, VAR or wider technology business
- Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Comfortable speaking with customers around IT support, cloud, Microsoft, infrastructure, cyber, connectivity or project-based services
- Able to build relationships with business owners, IT leaders and senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, consultative and comfortable identifying new opportunities
