Role: Account Manager
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join DC Byte and play a key role in managing and growing our client base.
You’ll own the commercial relationship with your clients, driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships, while also supporting the full customer journey from onboarding through to ongoing engagement. Working closely with Sales, Research, and Product teams, you’ll ensure clients get maximum value from our platform and insights. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking ownership of both commercial outcomes and customer success, this role is for you.

Requirements
- Experienced account manager of B2B information services, ideally within a subscription model
- A strong relationship builder and communicator
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Collaborative to a fault and able to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a curious, collaborative mindset and a strong focus on customer outcomes
- Interested in the data centre industry, and has ideally already worked in a sector like technology, telecoms, or real estate
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with your customers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their journey with DC Byte
- Own the renewal process, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and identifying opportunities to retain and grow your portfolio
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new products, additional users, or wider adoption across client teams
- Lead a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams to ensure clients are set up for success from day one
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's objectives and tailor your approach to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, proactively monitoring account health, addressing risks early, and driving long-term engagement
- Support customers in maximising the value they receive from DC Byte's products and services through guidance, training, and best practice
- Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing insights and collaborating with Product, Research, and Commercial teams to improve the client experience
- Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and other business systems, contributing to reliable forecasting and effective account management
- Consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives retention, advocacy, and long-term commercial success
