Job Title: Account Manager

Location: London, UK (hybrid)

The Opportunity

A globally recognised maritime technology platform is strengthening its commercial capability at a pivotal moment of industry transformation. With increasing regulatory pressure, ESG accountability and digital adoption reshaping decision making across shipping, this hire is critical to securing and expanding strategic customer relationships that underpin long term revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this role sits at the centre of client influence, market intelligence and commercial performance across a high value portfolio.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategically critical accounts, driving measurable revenue expansion and retention
  • Build senior level relationships with charterers, shipowners and operators, positioning yourself as a trusted commercial advisor
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross sell opportunities aligned to safety, decarbonisation and ESG priorities
  • Shape commercial strategy through real time market insight, competitor intelligence and customer feedback
  • Lead complex negotiations and renewals, securing long term partnerships and commercial value

What Success Looks Like

  • Proven ability to deliver sustained revenue growth within complex, high value accounts
  • Commercially astute with strong command of pricing, contracts and deal structuring
  • Credible engaging senior stakeholders across maritime, SaaS or risk driven environments
  • Highly autonomous, disciplined and accountable for performance against targets
  • Sharp awareness of market shifts across regulation, sustainability and digital adoption
