Account Manager - (Offline Media)

All Response Media (ARM) is looking for an ambitious Offline Account Manager who's ready to make waves. If AV-led strategy sparks your curiosity, agency life fuels your ambition, and you're hungry to fast-track your career, this is your opportunity to shine.

Based in our London team, you'll be right at the centre of the action, working alongside Account Directors and Business Directors to create and deliver standout campaigns across Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts and Audio. From strategy to activation, you'll help brands connect with audiences in ways that drive real impact.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond campaign delivery. Someone who becomes a trusted client partner, spots opportunities before others do, thinks commercially, and consistently delivers results. You'll be confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and bringing energy, ideas and expertise to every challenge.

šŸ’” How You’ll Make an Impact?

You’ll own the delivery and performance of high impact multi-channel campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, OOH, Print and Audio. Your day will include:

  • Confident using industry tools (TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB etc.) to uncover insight and drive optimisation.
  • Build strong media owner partnerships
  • Handle campaign finances with precision, covering billing, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, building a strong, collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Lead planning & buying across Offline (DRTV, Radio, OOH, Print)
  • Own client relationships, confidently presenting plans, insights and results
  • Deliver campaigns end-to-end: on time, on budget, spot on
  • Analyse, optimise and turn data into clear performance; delivering clear, actionable insights & recommendations.

šŸš€ What You’ll Bring

  • Analytical, organised, commercially minded, with solid Excel skills.
  • Proactive, ready to take ownership and ā€œhit the ground running.ā€
  • 3+ yrs’ media agency experience, including DRTV planning and buying.
  • Strong understanding of TV/BVOD/CTV planning, reporting and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal - confident leading client meetings and presentations.
