Role Summary & Impact
As an Account Manager (OOH), you’ll play a vital role in delivering targeted, human, and inspiring OOH solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will grow alongside your experience, including:
- Developing basic OOH campaigns for clients/agencies
- Deepening expertise in client-specific sectors
- Collaborating with internal WPP Media OOH markets to address cross-market requests
- Gathering and coordinating production requirements
- Organising campaign photography and sharing updates with clients
- Conducting competitive and post-campaign analyses
- Compiling production reports and logistical documentation (e.g., site tour outlines)
- Raising client concerns proactively and constructively
- Updating internal databases and vendor tracking systems
- Mastering industry planning tools (with a focus on the 4D planning framework)
- Monitoring vendor performance and building ** relationships with media owners**
- Expanding networks across WPP Media OOH (collaboration, shared initiatives, mentoring)

- Formal training in OOH or media planning (e.g., industry courses or WPP’s credential programmes)
- 2 years+ experience as an Account Executive in a media or OOH setting
