Role Summary and Impact
Account Manager – OOH will support WPP Media OOH’s growth by:
- Developing basic OOH solutions for clients/agencies as experience grows
- Deepening understanding of clients’ sectors
- Collaborating with other WPP Media OOH international markets on cross-border client requests
- Compiling production requirements
- Coordinating campaign photography and sharing with clients
- Conducting competitive and post-campaign analysis
- Compiling production reports
- Preparing site tour documents and managing logistics
- Identifying and appropriately raising client issues
- Updating internal databases
- Demonstrating proficiency in industry and WPP Media OOH planning tools, including adherence to the 4D planning process
- Collating vendor information and market reports
- Building relationships with Media Owners, keeping abreast of their activities
- Strengthening internal relationships and networks within WPP Media OOH

- Have a strong media understanding (essential) and OOH experience (advantageous)

- Confidently use technical tools, quickly adapt to change (especially digital/systems innovation), and leverage new tech.

- Be confident, engaging, and articulate with exceptional written and listening skills.
- Show interest in wider WPP Media OOH initiatives (e.g., Team Green, Team Roots, Team Pride, Team Enable, Mental Health Allies), as well as departmental events.

Experience preferences include:
- Proficiency in MS Office/Windows: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success in a media planning environment, including 2+ years as an Account Executive.
