Salary: £42,000-£44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Grade: RCS K
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: 3 Days Based in Watford, WD17 1TX, 1 day based Rugby, CV23 0XF and 1 day at another selected site

Operating in the Transport Team and part of Customer Operations you'll be an Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our e-commerce and retail customer! In this dynamic position, you will leverage your relationship building and continuous improvement to motivate your team and bring success! This is a service focused role where you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving the flow between transport, operations in a 3PL environment.
What You'll Do
- Establish and continue the growth of strong two-way connection with the customer, internal stakeholders, Buyer Vendor Suppliers and Customs teams.
- Deliver financial and operational performance with the mindset of wanting to achieve above KPI targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, aiming for "best in class" process and cost control.

Essential Criteria
- Must hold a full UK driving licence to commute between UK site locations.
- Ability to demonstrate practical experience being the conduit between transport, planning, operations and the customer.
- Have proven experience of leading, coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent customer service skills
