Role Summary
We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to join our Orthopaedics team, based in the East of England and South Midlands (Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire). If you’re passionate about building strategic customer relationships, delivering value-based solutions, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
As our Orthopaedics Account Manager, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of key accounts in your territory, driving strategic growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and develop tailored proposals to unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to harness CRM data, analyse market trends, and position focus brands for success.
- Build trust with senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including NHS procurement professionals.
- Expand the footprint of our solutions, ensuring measurable impact for healthcare providers and patients.
- Report to the Area Business Manager, executing strategic plans with autonomy.

Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven sales experience, with experience in value/portfolio selling (hospital and community settings preferred).
- Strong account management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share.
- A degree in life sciences, business management, or equivalent.
- Confidence in engaging stakeholders (doctors, procurement teams, etc.).
- A valid driving licence (due to high travel requirements: >75% field-based).
