We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Orthopaedics team in the East of England and South Midlands—covering Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

What Will You Be Doing?
As our Orthopaedics Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth across key accounts in your territory. Reporting to the Area Business Manager, your role will include:
- Taking full ownership of your accounts and developing bespoke strategies to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Leading quarterly business reviews and crafting tailored proposals to align with customer needs.
- Collaborating across teams, leveraging CRM data, and staying ahead of market trends to strengthen our focus brands.
- Expanding the footprint of our solutions and ensuring they deliver real value to healthcare providers and patients.

What Will You Need?
Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building. You’ll thrive if you:
- Have proven sales experience, with experience in value-based and portfolio selling—especially in hospital and community healthcare settings.
- Demonstrate strong account management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Confidently engage with senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including NHS procurement professionals.
- Hold a qualification in life sciences, business management, or equivalent.
- Have a valid driving licence (due to the high travel requirement).
Travel Requirements – Expected >75% of time travelling within your assigned territory.
