Account Manager – Existing Accounts
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Reports To: Sales Manager
About the Role
My client, an IT Managed Services organisation and Value Added Reseller of Cyber Security Services, is seeking an Account Manager with ideal experience within an IT MSP, Microsoft Partner, or Cyber Security Vendor.
This is a commercial role focused on managing 80–100 existing customers to drive revenue growth. The priority is promoting Managed Cyber Security services, alongside through upsell and cross-sell of broader offerings (connectivity, cloud, IT):

- Key focus keys: Driving pipeline, closing revenue, and exceeding KPI targets—not solely managing relationships.
Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will:
- Own and grow 80–100 accounts
- Drive cyber revenue as the primary focus
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio
- Build and convert consistent pipeline
- Act as the commercial lead for customers
- Meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years’ experience in IT / Cyber / Managed Services sales
- Strong Microsoft expertise, including M365 / Azure / licensing
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts

Measures of Success
Achievement will be measured by:
- Consistent cyber pipeline and wins
- Clear revenue growth from the existing customer base
- Delivery against monthly targets
Benefits & Offer
- Base salary: £60,000 (with 100k OTE achievable at target) (Expected to reach £120k–£130k for high performance )
