Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will grow revenue across new and existing clients by positioning our services to solve complex technology and operational challenges. You will own the full account lifecycle, from lead and opportunity through contract, revenue delivery, and renewals, while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute account plans to drive sustained growth
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: Lead to Opportunity to Bid to Contract to Revenue to Renewal
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct competitor analysis to support account and bid strategies
- Partner with clients to develop compelling business cases for programs and managed services
- Forecast sales, revenue, cash flow, and margins with accuracy
- Manage a portfolio generating approximately £2M–£5M in annual revenue (dependent on experience)
