Company Description Lionheart Marketing is a UK-based Shopify eCommerce growth marketing agency partnering with ambitious brands across retail, B2C, B2B, and start-up sectors. The agency focuses on measurable growth, performance, and commercial outcomes by aligning digital strategies with each client’s business objectives. Services include Shopify eCommerce solutions, website design, platform and SEO migrations, paid media campaigns, and UX/UI enhancements. Lionheart Marketing operates as a challenge-led growth partner rather than a traditional support agency, working closely with clients to understand their goals and move their businesses forward.

Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Redcar, with flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating digital marketing and eCommerce projects, and ensuring that deliverables align with each client’s growth objectives. The role also involves:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve Shopify store performance
  • Supporting website and SEO migrations
  • Collaborating with specialists in paid media, UX, and SEO to drive results

The Account Manager will contribute to refining internal processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and account management skills, including experience acting as a main point of contact and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple eCommerce and marketing initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of Shopify eCommerce, website projects, and digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid media, UX/UI) to effectively interpret performance and guide clients.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to review data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language and prepare professional documentation.
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting environment, ideally with eCommerce or digital marketing clients, is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model, collaborating in person in Redcar and remotely, with a proactive and self-directed work style.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
