C£40,000 p.a. + car/allowance

The Company
We are working with our client who are an established and growing manufacturer supplying specialist products into the construction and trade sectors across the UK. With an excellent reputation for quality, service and reliability, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to support and develop customer relationships across Scotland.
This is a field-based role focused on maintaining regular contact with existing customers, strengthening relationships and ensuring a high level of ongoing service and support.

Role & Responsibilities Of The Account Manager
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts across Scotland
- Regular customer visits to maintain strong working partnerships and identify opportunities
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and support
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects, orders and customer expectations are managed effectively
- Supporting business growth through account development and customer retention
- Providing market feedback and competitor insight to the wider business
About You As The Account Manager
- Previous experience in account management, field sales or customer relationship management
- Experience within manufacturing, construction products, building materials or a technical environment would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and professional approach
- Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own diary and travel
- Full UK driving licence
