π Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency
π° Β£40,000 - Β£45,000 (depending on experience)
π Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
Are you someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, keeping multiple projects moving, and making sure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard? Do you thrive on being the link between clients and specialist teams, bringing people together to deliver exceptional work? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an Account Manager to join a growing digital marketing agency, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and delivering outstanding service across a range of digital marketing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency account management experience who's ready to take on greater ownership, develop commercially, and continue progressing their career within a collaborative and supportive team.
π What you'll be doing
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Building trusted client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Managing multiple projects from initial briefing through to delivery.
- Coordinating work across strategy, creative, media, data and technical teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
- Leading client meetings, providing updates and presenting performance insights.
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow existing accounts.
- Supporting Account Executives and working closely with senior colleagues across the agency.

π§ What we're looking for
- At least two years' experience in an Account Management role within an agency.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship management skills with day-to-day account ownership.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and priorities.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
π Nice to have
- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to campaign strategy or planning.
- Experience supporting account growth or commercial discussions.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
