Account Manager - Paid Search

🚀 Account Manager - Paid Search (PPC) 💰 £35,000 - £40,000 📍 Hybrid (2 days in office)

Are you the kind of person who gets a bit too excited when a Google Ads campaign starts outperforming its targets? 👀

Good. You might be exactly who we're looking for.

We're looking for a Paid Search Account Manager who actually enjoys getting into the data, spotting what's working (and what's not), and turning that into better performance for clients.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own campaigns, work directly with clients, and genuinely see the impact of your work - not just report on it.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing Google Ads + Microsoft Ads campaigns day to day
  • Owning Search, Shopping & Performance Max activity
  • Tweaking bids, keywords, audiences… and seeing results move 📈
  • Turning performance data into clear, useful insights
  • Running client calls and explaining what's working (and what isn't)
  • Spotting opportunities to improve performance before anyone asks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
